Question / Help PS3 + PC sound combined

Hello!
I tend to stream quite a bit of PS3 but like to use my own music playlist, problem with this is i can only get sound from either, listening to the music from my PC or the in-game sound on the PS3, the stream can hear it all but i can only go with the sound from my PC or PS3, is there any way to combine these so i can hear it all in my headphones?

I use a Elgato Gamecapture HD and my soundcard is a Xonar DX.

try plugging the PS3 sound in the mic out... you will hear your ps3 through your pc no mather what you're doing... next... choose speakers when streaming, hope this helped.

Is there a guide for this as i can't seem to make sense of what i need to do exactly.

Does the Elgato Gamecapture HD show up as an (recording) audio device? If so, you can go into the properties of it (in the sound options in Windows) and check the box that says "Listen to this device".

I checked and it does not show up in windows as an audio device.

So i have to ask once again, is there a guide or something that can tell me how to do this if it's possible?
Could it work with VAC?
