ps2 problem

hi im new to OBS and im tryning to recoed some ps2 gmaeplay and would like to know why my capture card only will show up as resolution 360 by 288 and would like to captture it as 1280 by 720 as normal but can ony chose 360 by 288.

oh thanks so i just need to get a new capture card?
