Question / Help Projector window and stream audio sync.

After OBS has been running for a 15 to 20 minutes, the preview, projector windows and stream video get to be almost 1/2 to 3/4 of a second behind real time and the audio so lip sync is terrible. I don't see any dropped frame errors. CPU usage is around 8%. Any suggestions?

Out setup is a single HDMI capture using a black magic card and a NDI source for streaming and a projector window on 2nd card output to the lobby.
