Program to set certain threads to certain apps auto.

I remember reading something about a program where you could set certain threads to certains software. In my case to set 4 threads to obs and 4 to the more cpu demanding games. I could go into taskmanager every time but I know there is a program that makes that alot easier but I cannot find it anywhere anymore. So out of all fora I'm a member of, I think this is the one that should have the answer.

Of course I just found it. In case anyone's interested:

Process hacker v2. As for Myself I'm running everything on a 6700k @4.4ghz and streaming 720p 60fps and good quality but just want to see if this nifty piece of software could even improve things like arma3 streaming for instance.

Look up "Prio". This will allow you to set apps to whatever threads/logicals you want. Currently only works for Win7 but I do have a BETA Win10 one they sent me. Just email them asking if you could test their BETA version for Win10. They're more than happy to have folks test it. I haven't run into a single issues with it.
