Question / Help Program shutting down

I just added the NDI plugin to allow me to use 2 laptops. they installed just fine. I went into the video settings and set my monitor. Hit apply and OK, and the program shut down. Now every time i open OBS, it shuts down within 4 seconds.

Here is the log of the event. I can see the error message, but don't know how to fix it.
