Youtube has recomendations about video codec parametres to reduce the video processing time.

So, My question is: What additional parameters must be written in the x264 codec settings?

Don't use UltraFast preset. Set the keyinterval to half the framerate. So if your framerate is 30, set the keyinterval to 15. If you do these and don't use any crazy custom settings, you should have a file that you can upload directly to YouTube that meets their requirements.
