I have read issues about this sense 2013 and haven't found a solution, I have reinstalled twice now. The issue is I open up OBS and for some reason two open except one is a random process with in the task manager that WILL NOT close or end. I have tried several solutions from cmd prmt to third party programs and nothing seems to work. Will not allow for my Elgato or Web cam to working because they are some how being used in the *Process Program*
Question / Help Process wont "END TASK"
