Bug Report Process Priority doesn't stay at High.

OBS Studio 17.0.2 64bit under Windows 10, latest build.

Setting Process Priority to "high" value appears as "high" in the UI, but doesn't affect process' priority in Task Manager.

I might not fully understand it, disregard this post if that's the case.

OBS only adjusts its priority when it is active (ie streaming or recording).
