Hai :3 I got a problem when i'm streaming my stream freezes every +- 5sec for a couple of seconds, i got an good pc so can u help me please?

my obs settings:

I think you're overestimating your capabilities of your CPU. your CPU is about equivalent to last gen desktop i3 due to it only having 2 cores with hyper-threading. so downscaling to 720p with 45fps would be better for you.

Second, I cannot see your video since it is still set to private but I stand by what I say. Third, you would get a better bitrate distribution with just setting the custom buffer to 0, as that will ignore the bitrate and use what it needs for quality video
