Hi guys, I have the same issue. I find out If I have my router no input as internet, I cant use my router and the websocket. Is Anyone has any idea how I could setup my tp-link router to fix this problem? I would like to use OBS and my phone app in local without internet. Is it possible?

So...your router kills the *local* network when it loses internet?
If that's true, then you either have a terrible router, or it's not actually a router. If it *is* a router, or a managed switch, or one of several other things, then it *might* have a setting to that effect - *any* behavior is technically possible, setting or not, as just a matter of how they made the firmware - so you might look at that.
I am sure its good device, but I think it need some setups. So when I had attached the home internet to the router , the websocket was working. I went to an event, there I didn't need internet so I didn't connect any. But I have a sim card in it so anyway I had internet. Anyway...the websocket didn't work. I tested now at home the router. While I connected the home internet to hte router it was working fine, as soon I unplugged the internet the websocket gone.
