Question / Help problems with video card?

what do you think shoud i do?

i have an old PC. just for playing poker. i have to buy a new video card?
ps windows7, not vista

Your graphics card does not have sufficient support for DirectX 10. It does not matter if you have newer versions of DirectX software installed; your hardware does not support the necessary features, and no you cannot do anything about it apart from upgrading it.
