Question / Help Problems with the OBS Studio ver.22.0.2 and with the capture card Datapath: VisionRGB-E1S with Windows

Hello
I have problems with the OBS Studio ver.22.0.2 and with the capture card Datapath: VisionRGB-E1S with the latest drivers "VisionInstall v7.19.1" with Windows 10 1803 (64bits).
I have tried with all the latest driver versions of the capture and not OBS Studio stops working.
The problem is that when you install the capture card for the first time it works but once you restart the windows it stops working in the OBS Studio, however the capturer continues to work with its Visio software
The bottom line is that it's a conflict problem with OBS Studio.
I have tried with different PC hardware but the problem persists. I do not know what else to do ... can someone help me?
Thank you

I don't see your camera on the list-- it looks like you've added two C920 Logitech cameras, though, is that the case?

Not only is there a Logitec camera installed.
And a capture card:
The first time the capture card drivers are installed, the OBS works correctly and this is the log it generates. But when you restart the computer the capturer stops working and the OBS generates the first log that it had published.
Below I publish the log that generates the OBS when it works well if I NO restart the computer.

Looks to me like the problem lies with the Datapath driver, then. Not sure what is up with that framerate, either-- 59.93?

Ok, I'll talk to the manufacturer of the capture card because it must be a driver problem.
Thank you so much for everything

attached response from the manufacturer in case it helps someone ....
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We have recently been made aware of an issue regarding the DirectShow filters not being exposed correctly in the most recent Vision driver release. We believe that the below update will resolve the issue.
Please can you try the AVStream driver update below and see if the issue is resolved and provide feedback?
Please also note that reinstalling the current Vision Driver will downgrade the AVStream driver again.

Best regards
Kev

Linked file containing an updated “Datapath Vision AVStream Driver”:
http://downloads.datapath.co.uk/AVSTREAM.zip

The DGC133AV_WIN10 folder contains Windows 10 attestation signed drivers which are suitable for all Windows 10 system including Secure Boot enabled systems.
The DGC133AV folder is for pre-Windows 10.

To install simply right click on the device in device manager and select Update driver

Select “Browse my computer…”.

1550745589345.png

Press the Browse button and navigate to where you extracted the zip file
Select either the DGC133AV_WIN10 or DGC133AV folder as appropriate and then press Next to update the drivers.

If successful you should see the following message.

Press close and check in VLC / GraphStudio / etc. that the DirectShow Source filters are available.
Reboot and recheck.

We intend to roll this fix into the next Vision driver release.
