Problems with the "Manage Broadcasts" button please help

Once i want to stream i obviously have to set it up after the new update. But when I click Manage Button I can only see up to schedule for later. At first I didn't know there was more and was super confused until I tried minimizing which barley helped but remember these settings is still cut off at the bottom of my screen. Help!
