Question / Help Problems with Streaming

In other words, the problem is not from my side at all? Can´t it be a too high value for the kbp/s or something similar? Is it no way of fixing this? Alot of people are complaining about freeze and lag, however other streams they have no problem with this.

I have 720p@60FPS with 2800kbps

Yes, that could be a problem. Some people can't download fast enough to watch streams of that high of bit rate. Or it could be an issue with viewers' routing to the distribution servers.
