I have run into some problems while streaming, when I am streaming - first it was obs then i tried xsplit it worked there. but now I can't seem to stream anywhere. What can I do ?
I want to stream with obs since it's my favorite and was using since it was on github i think it was?

anyway i run into a dropping frames while streaming where it is green for a period (varies widely) and then it goes red or black/grey! But while playing or playing and running music it is not affected and doesn't suffer with lag spikes

Your connection to the Twitch ingest server is flaky, or completely failing. This isn't something that OBS or XSplit can work around.

Best suggestion would be to download the Teamliquid Twitch Bandwidth Tester, and run it to see if there is a server you have a better connection to. You want at least 80 Quality, with 90+ being preferred. As-is, your log says that the connection is stalling and outright dying. This is a problem somewhere between you and the ingest server you're using.

Thank you! What could be the problem ?
I didn't have this before so what started it ?
And I went from obs to xsplit and xsplit worked a few days until i was in settings and idk maybe I changed something

Your ISP changing something, or something changed in the upstream route.
Yeah, nothing above 50 quality is pretty bad. Not much you can do but call your ISP.

So it is them! I figured it might be a throttling issue...
Yesterday's after calling I streamed a whole game no problem!
