Problems with stream lag and audio (Log Attached)

I have two problems while streaming. First, my desktop audio sounds somewhat hollow and just bad quality, so I'm trying to get it to sound normal. Second, my stream will randomly freeze for a couple of frames every 5 to 10 minutes, due to encoding overload, yet I can't find anything that would be overloading it, as it only randomly happens and both my cpu and gpu aren't being overloaded.

The link to the log has been attached. Not sure if it will work, so I also attached the file of the log, so you can take a look at it. I would love to find out how to fix these two issues, so my stream can be high quality like it's supposed to be, thanks in advance!

try cable connection then post a log again

Since looking at the log I've uninstalled McAfee (thought I already did), I disabled Game DVR, I changed to partial, plus I've ordered an Ethernet cable that'll come in tomorrow, my only question is my webcam from that, do you know how I can increase the quality to 1080p within obs?

ah forget gamemode ON

go to the source and set the resolution to 1080 but disable the control in the ghub software and connect it over USB 3.
Okay perfect thanks, I'll reply with another log here in like two days when I can show a log of a stream with the wired connection, thanks!

All the audio and camera issues are fixed which is great! Still small lag from the internet, but that'll be fixed with Ethernet cable coming tomorrow, however, I still seem to have one problem where I drop a frame or two every 5 minutes or so, despite using an rtx2080 super to encode and it showing no sign of overloading. It shows the timestamps of when the frames were dropped for a second in the log "warning: EOI missing, emulating". I also saw in the log that I didn't update windows enough, so I've done that now and it's now running on the 20h2 update. I also updated my drivers for my gpu, so I'm not sure if that will help it or not. I'll attach the log here in case you might have a solution to this gpu frame dropping problem, everything else is running smoothly, this is pretty much the only problem left. Thanks in advance if you find something! I attached the log file.
