Post an OBS log file from a five minute or longer stream of high action content.
How do i do that ? =O

Also its not the stream that lags. no fps dropped but i get a spike in-game.
only when i stream so i think about getting a capturing card just to stream with that one and use the other card for the gaming experince only.

OBS statistics look good. The problem is felt in-game? OBS is running fine, but maybe its hogging the CPU and not letting your game run well enough.

There was a few times that it said "unstable connection"... not too frequent though. This happens if you're stream at too high of a bitrate or your ISP is flaky, or if the Twitch server itself is flaky. But I don't think that's the issue.

Try going to Settings > Advanced > General, and set the Process Priority Class down one notch from where it is.

Yes i will try that. :D
it shouldnt be a problem for the radeon 390x 8GB card to run the stream and game at the same moment thou :O
Well ill try to put the graphics on low to see how it works. or else ill just buy a streaming computer later on to get better results. i have a radeon 290x R9 4gb laying around so i might aswell put that in some crappy comp with 3.5ghz processor and stream from that one :D

Thx and i will update you with the information on how it goes for me.

Lowered the processor and it works fine for like one League of legends game. after that the drop comes back. and its not cause my computer gets hot either :S

Wounder wht it is.

My motherboard haz a 2.0 Pcie port but the graphic card is for 3.0 pcie so maybe that is one of the issues i have
