Hey, I decided to make an account for this website so I could tell what my problem is with OBS Studio.
First, I would like to say that I have a laptop and I'm using this software on it. I currently cannot use my computer right now for certain reasons.
So anyways, when I started testing OBS Studio by recording my game, something seemed off. Every time when I checked the OBS Studio tab while the recording is in session, the display shows it freezing. I close the tab and get back into the game recording. The movement in the game while I'm recording would be perfectly fine, but as soon as I stop recording and watch the video, there are some problems that get me confused and upset. It lags, it freezes, and it doesn't get movement at all. It looks like as if it was a very slow slideshow. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've looked for guides on YouTube to see what to do in the settings, but it doesn't really change the outcome of my recorded video at all. Is there any way to stop this problem? If the outcome of my videos keep coming out like this, I don't even think I'll be able to use OBS Studio.
