Question / Help Problems with OBS after Windows Update

Hello all, I'm having some problems when it comes to actually lauching OBS Studio 23.2.1. I was trying to use my El Gato Game Capture HD to capture some Smash Bros gameplay, but when I tried to fiddle with the settings when it comes to actually capturing the game, I got several crashes, and now ultimately my OBS will not launch. I would actually post a log, but since no GUI appears I am unable to do so. I know that the game capture actually works, because with the actual El Gato software it captures the HDMI input perfectly fine. I really do not want to have to uninstall and reinstall OBS, but I'm tempted to do so. Another thing to note is that every time I start up the OBS program, I hear the windows sounds as if something has disconnected and instantly reconnected. This also happens when the Switch is disconnected from the dock.

Here's an update:

I was able to get OBS to relaunch, by way of uninstalling all of my Elgato software. I am currently trying to get my Game Capture HD to work with OBS again, but it's simply not cooperating. At least I can stream PC games for now, but I'd really like to get my Smash Bros game play working again, so if anyone has a solution to getting OBS to work with the Elgato software, please let me know.

Thanks,
Chroma
