Hello, I am having problems with my stream. Here is my setup:
CPU: i9-9900k
GPU: RTX 2080ti
RAM: 32GB 3000mhz
Mobo: Asus Maximus Formula XI
Capture card: Avermedia live gamer 4k
When I don't have a game open or I am tabbed out I am running 1080p 60fps, when when I tab into it I go back down to 1080p 30-40fps and it says my stream is either having major or minor problems.
I have attached my output settings but if you need anything else let me know.
