Question / Help Problems with my Audio

Hey guys
I'm having trouble with OBS seeing the sound card input, it can see it as an option and when you sletect you cant get any sound, the sound card and mic work fine on all other software but not this, if you unplug the soundcard and replug it back in it will pick up the mic audio but then all the other audio setting changes as it lost the connection
can any one offer any advice?

its a Lexicon Omega sound card and being used on Windows 10 Pro

Hi Carson.
I'm having the exact same problem, windows 10, but using a M Audio2x2 external soundcard.
It will work for a sporadic period then it will cut off, if I unplug the USB then reconnect it will kick back in.
I think I've tried everything including disabling the PC's soundcardbut it still happens.
I'm at the end of the road with this now, can anyone please help us.
