Question / Help Problems with local recording with WoW

Hey, so first of all, i only locally record as my internet isnt good enough for a decent stream quality. Now i'm trying to locally record WoW but i get screen tears from just have OBS up on my 2nd monitor. I record dayz fine and the quality is perfect, but with WoW i get framedrops and screentear.

Vsync is on
most graphics settings for WoW are on high, any help?
