Bug Report Problems with installing OBS

Hi,

Firstly, I'd like to say I love OBS as a broadcasting software and would love to use it further!

I have two computers both running DirectX 11, both on Windows 7 Professional 32bit.

Computer 1 runs OBS perfectly. No problems at all.
Computer 2 cannot install OBS at all.

When installing OBS on computer 2 I get an error message that my system is missing DirectX components that OBS software requires.
Though it is exactly the same as computer 1.

I've tried installing DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer which is where OBS redirects me. Though when running this installation it tells me the installation has failed and for more info check my windows files. There is no Directx.log file in my windows files!!!

Any ideas?

Thanks a bunch,
Ryrex.

Edit: Forgot to mention Computer 2 has two HDDs. When installing DirectX runtime october 2006 into C drive it says there isn't enough memory or a corrupted cabinet file?? Though it installed on the D drive perfectly.

Perhaps a fresh install of windows 7 is needed?

Thanks again!

If your DirectX installation fails that would indicate a system issue, not an OBS bug, and you should probably hit up Google for some troubleshooting steps.
