Question / Help Problems with In-game fps (CS:GO)

Hi guys
So recently start streaming and I'm having a very pleasant time doing so. Although some problems have shown up and I've been doing my best to find the solution on my own but failed.
The problem is the following : When I stream (especially CS.GO) my fps drop significantly unabling me to play in a decent number of fps. What you are probably thinking now is that my pc (or even my internet) are not that great. Well, I proudly have a nice computer with the following specs:

• NVIDIA GeForce GTX Titan
• Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz
• 16,0 GB of RAM (Not really sure what type of but I remembered buying specificly for gaming)
• MSI Z97 Gaming 7 (Motherboard)

The speed test isn't that bad also (http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5488996638). With this I concluded that the problem should be in the OBS settings. If anyone can help me find the best settings pls say anything.

for me it's CPU related, try to go to the fastest option in x264 encoding option to free some CPU
