Question / Help Problems with FPS drop in-game during stream - Dota 2

Good day!

I am new to streaming and stuff but I did everything according to the instructions and manual. Whenever I try to stream Dota 2 to Twitch.tv I am getting ~70FPS drop from Dota. I am normally playing on average of 130 FPS, but when I stream my FPS drops to 45-50. I will list my PC specs down below.

CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K
GPU: Gygabyte nVidia GTX 970, G1 Gaming Edition
RAM: 8GB @ 1866 mHz
SSD and HDD are installed.
Windows 7 Ultimate.

I have tried everything and I don't understand what is the issue here. Thank you for your help in advance.

you using a to high setup for streaming. 1080p60fps cost a lot of resources and is even for no partnered streams not watchable from the most people. downscale the resolution to 1280x720p30fps to reach a better quality for your viewers and less usage of your CPU. Also use just 2000-2500kbit/s upload speed. which is recommended for no
partnerd streams
