Problems with chat alerts

For a couple of weeks and unexpectedly, the alerts (followers, raids, subs, etc.) stopped coming out in my chat. I uninstalled and reinstalled OBS Studio and it kept happening. I currently use Streamlabs alerts, but everything is the same. I tried to change them to Streamelements but the problem persists. Someone knows to that can it be?

It's not an OBS issue It doesn't control or have anything to do with chat or alerts

It stopped working suddenly and neither Streamlabs, nor Streamelements, nor any other alert management system with chatbot works. It's very weird.
