So, the first issue I have is that my stream suffers from a very gradual video delay. My theory for this is that my stream FPS is set to 30, while the capture card is set to 59.94. The problem is... I can't change that value. The only three options I can select are "59.94 NTSC", "Match Output FPS (59.94)", or "Highest FPS" (which I'm guessing is also 59.94).
The solution for this would be to use the LGP Stream Engine, but I can't seem to get that crap working. I've tried everything I've read online (I don't even have Skype installed, closing Chrome, closing some HP services, reinstalling OBS, etc) and it still won't show up.
The weird thing, however, is that it does show up in OBS Classic, but I don't wanna give up the features that Studio has, like the mixer and Studio Mode.
Is there even something that I could do?
