Question / Help Problems when editing videos recorded with OBS

All the videos I record with OBS (and OBS Studio, fyi) appear black and white in Adobe Premiere, all grey in Sony Vegas but I can watch them normally using VLC player.
Am I doing something wrong?

I've been using those for months with OBS (and OBS Studio) but since a few updates it simply won't.
Tried reinstalling everything and still won't.
