Question / Help Problems Streaming with obs

Hi guys!
Im having a trouble when im streaming (I stream league of legends), stream goes normally(2mbps/3mbps) but 1 time every 3 mins stream stops and I lose my internet conection, after 20 sec, conection comes again, but its lost again. I checked 4 times playing without OBS and my internet conection goes well.
I followed page instructions:
-Using CBR
-3500 bitrate and 3500 cache.
-30fps
Im streaming in twitch, I choose UK server because I live in Spain.
I have the OBS 0.571b version, 5mbps upload speed, intel i7 cpu and a Nvidia GFX 650.
So my question is this: Is there any solution?.

You need to figure out why your internet connection is dying, maybe your router or modem cannot handle the data upload from OBS. You could try removing any firewall / anti-virus / security programs too.

Ok, first i try disabling the firewall, it didnt work, so i disabled avast and it seems to work(10 mins test) ty, if i keep getting this problem I will notify.
