Bug Report Problems Streaming with ATI HD 7950

I just recently upgraded from an Nvidia 9600gt to an ATI HD 7950. Every time I try to stream something now, OBS will show the preview, but the upload rate is just 0kb/s. When I then click stop streaming, the program will freeze and I have to end the process.

On my old GPU, I could stream perfectly fine, however I was limited with my verizon dsl upload speed (which I also just upgraded to comcast and am now getting 1.3mb/s upload compared to 90kb/s). I believe the problem herein lies with OBS having issues with ATI drivers, although I have tried rolling back the drivers to a few months back, and have also tried older versions of OBS. Both attempts have failed.

I have reformatted windows, tried multiple versions of OBS and stream settings, as well as tried older ATI drivers.

Below is my log file.
Code:

disable aero and use this tool to help find the right settings.

I forgot to mention it also does not work when aero is disabled. I just tried again to see if maybe it wanted to work, but it does the same thing as when its enabled.

I have also used the recommended settings and it does not work. The problem is, when I press "Start Streaming" the preview shows up and acts like its working, but my upload speed just says 0kb/s and it doesn't do anything. Once I click stop, the program freezes.

This is very strange, I have a 7950 myself and I've never experienced problems. And a different graphics card wouldn't cause anything different with network output so that feels like that just doesn't make sense. All else fails, try out the latest test build first then report back

Uhh, I'm not sure what I just changed if I even did change anything, but I'm suddenly able to stream SOME things through hashd.tv

I'm still running into some problems with game capture in certain games, however I've been able to stream Crysis 3 through game capture using the 64 bit version of OBS. I'm currently also using the latest version.

Something of note however is that when i try to stream Rage using game capture with both versions of OBS, the game instantly crashes. I can stream it in windowed mode using software capture, but that's not exactly helpful.

Do you on the off chance have Rage and are you able to stream it using game capture?

Yea, I have it, I just tested it, you're right, it does not currently seem to work with game capture, it's definitely breaking the moment you try to alt-tab back into it. Might have to run a windowed mode and use window capture instead for the time being.
