Problems streaming Rocket League.

When I attempt to stream rocket league I get this in OBS

The frames drop massively but the game runs fine, it doesn't happen when I record only when I attempt to stream it. It also happens in Rainbow Six Siege.

I had a feeling it was my internet but just wasn't sure, appreciate it though.

did you use Dlan / Powerlan ?

I just use ethernet connecting from my router to my pc.
