Question / Help Problems Streaming and Recording

Hi,

I have just downloaded OBS for Windows 10 64-bit to record Minecraft. When I do the capture and start streaming or recording it seems to glitch and only show one picture and stop automatically. This is very annoying as I want to update my channel. Does anyone have the same error or know how to fix it?

EDIT: This problem is recording - it appears the video freezes but audio keeps going.
