What exactly are you trying to do, and what is happening when you try it? Crash? Error message? Something else? Please give a little more information.

And now please stop trolling, either post us a screenshot of the error message or we will have to take guesses of what error you receive. Looking at your topic title, I would assume the message says:
"Could not initialize DirectX 10 on Nvidia Geforce 6100. This error can happen for....."
If that is the case, your Graphics Chip is probably too old to run OBS and you will need to upgrade your Hardware, but this is just a wild guess.

OBS requires a DirectX 10-capable GPU. The GeForce 6100 does not support DX10 and thus you do not meet the minimum requirements to run OBS.
