Question / Help Problems recording while playing minecraft

Hello i am pretty new to streaming but i understand a decent amount about computers. But what i cant seem to figure out is why when ever i start streaming minecraft i lose most of my frames. I usually have a solid 60 fps running modded minecraft with VSync on so it matches my screen refresh rate. But when i turn "Preview Stream" on i drop down to 15 fps no matter what i do to improve it. I have tried lowering the settings to the minimum and i have optifine in the pack. I don't know what else to do. Here is the log. I would love to get some help on this as soon as possible. Your CPU is not nearly good enough to stream at 1080p. The encoder is getting crushed. Go here for some estimates: http://obsproject.com/estimator

Thank you i figured out that running the game in window mode uses less resources then running the game using game capture.
