Question / Help Problems Recording Sims 4

Alright, so, I've been using this software and it works perfectly fine with most of my games. However, when I try to stream or record the Sims 4, it gives me a black screen. There's audio, but no video. I've looked at other threads and they're always talking about the problem being multiple graphics cards. Well, I only have one. So I have no idea what the issue is. I don't know why this is the only game I'm having an issue with. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try anti cheat hook when looking at the properties for the game capture OR try window capture. one of the two suggestions should work for you.
