Hi everyone! I downloaded OBS 2 days ago, and I optimized it with the Twitch tutorial. But when I'm streaming the game is fine and the fps of the streaming (in OBS program) are fine too but its says "Too much cpu usage" (or something like that) and when I enter on Twitch, the real stream lags. Another problem is when I start a local recording. All works fine exept the quality, its appear something like pixelation(on strams happens too) and the quality goes down. Does anyone knows why I'm having this problems?

EDIT: This test was made on a resolution of 1920x1080------Bitrate:3500

My pc:

CPU. Intel I5 4690k 3.5ghz
Graphic card: Nvidia GTX 660
RAM: 16gb DDR3 2400mhz

twitch configuration: http://help.twitch.tv/customer/portal/articles/1262922-open-broadcaster-software

Internet speed (server PARIS)

Your bitrate/CRF is too low for just saving to disk. Also your computer isn't quite keeping up so you should switch to SuperFast preset. And you can use High profile instead of Main, and when not streaming you can set your keyinterval to auto.

For streaming, use the same bitrate and preset but downscale it to 720p and you'll probably be fine. Might need to reduce to 30fps too.
