Question / Help Problems of installing OBS IN wins8

Halo guys,
I am really annoyed by the problem cause I've tried almost all the method saying can help me solove the problem of installing this software.
When I start the installation process and it shows me a message of missing components of directx. but the problem is that the computer is a new one tht ive just bought last week and it contains a version of directx11(which I've checked for thousands of times)
What can i really do on this problem...

or if there are any free broadcaster software can be used as an alternatives??

What are your computer specs? Get DirectX from: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109

Its a notebook of wins8
and i cant even install that stuff , that it said there's a internal error : DXError.log and DirectX.log
WHAT IS THT??

Your windows install is likely broken. Try using DXFix from the Tools section.
