1. I used to lower down windows sound for the game or other applications, within the stream, but after a record the sound is still 100%. The only work around is to lower it in-game.
2. People cannot change my quality on my stream. (I never had this option, but i wish to have it.)
3. It often jump off the servers (Sweeden, stockholm), that's closest for me since i'm denmark.
4. My friends having issues where they explain that the stream stops and freeze. I have this issue too when i check it on my laptop with wifi (i will try with cable when i get home). - People from other countrys or other viewers don't have this issue.
5. Playing fullscreen mode in MMO games won't activate keyboard shortcut to display the game. Etc. Aion.
6. My sound-settings are always gorn, where i have to reinitialize it everytime i start OBS incase i'm streaming without a microphone that's inactive.

Thanks in advance!

1> Lower it in the main OBS window.
2> Bug twitch about that or use a different streaming service that offers transcoding to all users.
3> Physically closest isn't necessarily best - test using http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester
4> 3500kbit is above the recommended bitrate for non-partners of 2000kbit. The reason for the lower recommended bitrate is the buffering you're describing. https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...oads-constantly-for-my-viewers-but-why.18465/
5> May be caused by the game having the same keybind associated with something, but I'm not sure.

Thank you!

- I will lower it to 2000kbit, and see if it chances anything!
- According to "non-partners", can you please explain a bit more about this? What the partners and non-partners has or not have.

Partnership with twitch is the main factor that gives you the transcoding options. The majority of users don't have them.
It also affects where viewers get their stream from when watching.

You likely don't have partnership which is why you don't have transcoding and also why your viewers buffer.
