Problemi audio scheda di acquisizione Ugreen cm630

Salve a tutti, avrei bisogno di un aiuto con l'audio di una scheda di acquisizione (Ugreen cm630), ho settato tutto per registrare da una xbox series x. A livello di video funziona tutto ma l'audio non me lo cattura, all'interno del mixer audio andando nelle proprietà avanzate mi rileva la scheda di acquisizione su stato "inattiva". Qualcuno saprebbe aiutarmi per favore?

Hi everyone, I need help with the audio of a capture card (Ugreen cm630), I have everything set up to record from an xbox series x. In terms of video everything works but the audio doesn't capture it, inside the audio mixer going into the advanced properties it detects the acquisition card in the "inactive" state. Could anyone help me please?
