My computer ; I7-3770 , 16go RAM , ATI Radeon HD 7850

My internet speed ; Download: 30mb/s Upload: 10mb/s

There is my log of that record( i tried with and without Aero and it doesn't change anything and i try to put 2500 bitrate and buffer, doesn't change anything too ) ;

For a high motion game, 3000 bitrate may be too low for 1080p. You may need to either downscale or use more bitrate.

Hi ! Thanks for the answer.

But twitch allow 3500 bitrate maximum. If i use 3500 bitrate there is no change in my quality video... I try to downscale and it seems better but the quality is not what i am looking for...

What do i need to get a 1080p stream on CSGO ? Upgrade video card ? Get more upload ?

Thank you

Max

You will never be able to achieve the quality that you will find on YouTube videos on a livestream on twitch...
For HD video 3500 bitrate is comparatively low. YouTube recommends 8000 for 720 as an example. And you will have better quality running 720 vs. 1080 on a stream. As previously said, 3500 is the Max for twitch, so the quality you want is just not possible.
