Problem with the resolution of my C922 Logitech in OBS

Hello friends,

First of all sorry for my poor english, but Im having a problem with my webcam in OBS when Im trying to put a resolution of 1920x1080 (a resolution that my Logitech C922 its allowed to deal with it).

The thing is that, searching for information in Youtube about how to configure my webcam for streaming, I realized that the youtubers/streamers that own the same webcam as me have the option of putting their resolution in 1920x1080, whilst I am only allowed to put a maximum resolution of 640x360 (see the picture attached to this post).

Please, what can I do to optimize my webcam? I have tried to search for people with similar problems but couldn't find anything. Thank you very much in advance for your time.

You are not alone....I've had the exact same thing happened on a couple of occasions not quite sure what happened somehow the software gets messed up and I'm not sure how I resolved it but I wanted to let you know because I'm searching for an answer right now because yet again it is done it I have two webcams at 9:20 in the 922 and the 920 shows 1080 and the 922 shows the 640 by 360 for no reason
