Problem with Tenveo usb conference camera

I have OBS set up with a USB switched and powered hub and I have 4 cameras connected to it.
1 Tenveo conference cam, 2 Logitech C9000 webcams, and 1 Logitech B910 webcam
I set up 4 scenes each camera being the sole source in a scene. I can switch cameras simply by selecting the scene.
This works well except for the Tenveo camera, once I have switched away from the scene that it is in I lose the video and get a black screen when I switch back. I then have to either switch the camera off and on again using the remote, which resets the camera to home position and it then needs moving back to where it's required. Or I can switch off at the USB hub and back on again . Either of these will bring the video back. The first option is a problem because of the camera doing its Pan and Tilt start routine before stopping in the home position and then needs moving to the correct position. Although this doesn't take more that about 10 seconds It is a distraction on what should be a seamless switch between cameras. The second option is a logistics problem in that the hub is not located in a place accessible to the OBS operators table, making switching on and off at the hub impossible.
I am using OBS as a virtual camera for Zoom meetings with the audio a separate thing not using camera microphones. The laptop with OBS on logs into Zoom just using OBS Virtual Camera and the Zoom host on a separate laptop with video off can spotlight the OBS laptop and the operator switches cameras as required.
I don't know if this is an OBS problem or a Windows problem (windows 10) or just this particular camera I am hoping that someone has come across this can help please.

Thank you for your reply I have downloaded the software and run it but being new to this I don't understand what it all means. I have since posting found that by switching off the deactivate camera when not showing on the Tenveo that problem on that one is solved but now the Logitech C910 won't show video. The hub is a USB3 powered hub plugged into a USB 3 port
This HP laptop has 2 usb 2 Portsand 1 USB 3 port apart from the hub with the cameras on, all I have connected is a usb mouse dongle for my wireless mouse Would it work if I connect the Tenveo camera to the spare USB 2 port? or connect it to the usb 3 port and the hub to a USB 2 port. or is there some other way round it please

Thanks again for getting back to me. Since posting last time I have connected the Tenveo camera to a USB 2 port and the USB3 powered hub to the USB 3 port with the Logitech cameras plugged into 3 of the 7 ports on the hub. I am now able to switch between the 4 scenes. Each scene has one camera and a coloured background as its source, the video picture is slightly smaller than the frame and this gives me a different coloured border round each scene. This now works allowing me to switch between each scene . There can be a slight glitch at first start up needing the Tenveo to be deactivated and reactivated to bring the video up but once it is working it is OK

Here is a shot of the result. with the cameras set as above.
The only slight problem left is that if I try to use multi view. One of the Logitech C9000 cameras (connected to port 3 on the hub) does not appear in the scenes windows. below the Preview and Program windows. If I have the scene with that camera active when I switch to multi view then it appears in the Preview and Program windows but not in the windows below them.
Whilst this is not a big problem, it would be nice to just click on that scene window to change the shot. If you have any ideas on this or on cameras on the hub I would be very grateful for any advice

Kind Regards
