Question / Help Problem with streaming/recording

Hi so I've just gotten OBS and set it up to stream to Twitch.
What happens is I tried to stream Darkness 2 which ran fine.
Then I tried to stream Warframe but got nothing but a black screen, I was also unable to record Warframe.
So I went back to try record Darkness 2 but again I would only get a black screen and both stremaing and recording.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Reading your log it looks like you have Aero enabled. Have your tried the Disable Aero feature?
OBS Settings > Video > Disable Aero at startup

I know that will cause streaming issues if Aero is not disabled.

Also the version you are running is not the newest available.

Playing in borderless window mode and using Window Capture with Aero enabled will likely work as well.

I updated and tried what you said and the preview came out pretty good for Warframe. I'll try a test stream tonight. If it works fine then problem solved and thank you all for your help, if not then I'll try game capture without aero and see what happens. If still no luck then I'll post again.

Hey bit of an update, still having a problem.
I can record and stream, but the problem I'm now having is the vid is really choppy. I've run a test on the actual recorded video and it's running at a constant 55 fps. I've uploaded a demo shot, the video is running at 55fps but the actual recording is very choppy, and I have no idea how to fix this. Any ideas?
