I dont know whats happened, but now its stable 60fps. Mabe it was twitch problem...

Speedtest.net isn't relevant here, as that ONLY tests your connection to speedtest.net's servers. It doesn't test your connection to your streaming provider.
Also, comcast has been absolute garbage to streamers the past couple of weeks.
This does two things
1> makes me believe that you didn't actually read the dropped frames troubleshooting thread (bitrate drops will lead to dropped frames)
2> makes no one want to help you.

You seem to not understand that it's still an internet connection issue and not an OBS issue, regardless.I ONLY HAVE DROPPED KPBS, NOT DROPPED FRAMES WHEN I ONLY STREAM ONE GAME.
