Problem with streaming League of Legends

I have a problem but i dont think its an internet issue or connection because i was just streaming apex legends and overwatch on 5000 bit rate no problems but league of legends just screws over the entire stream. It only happens when i get into the game not when im in client. Also no frame drops nothing just when in-game of LoL it goes downhill with bit rate and the stream looks laggy or buffers forever, but just as soon i close the game it works like nothing was wrong. Im not sure if the logs will help since i played multiple games and im not sure if you will see the problem but if you do that would be great.
I posted this in a 3 year old thread so im reposting it here.

Help no longer needed i know what was causing it. It was lenovo network boost in lenovo vantage settings so if anybody has the same problem with lenovo pcs then turn that off any maybe it will help if it doesn't then its not something i can help you but best of luck.

Bro I've been having literally the same issue as you. Recently bought an Lenovo laptop and all games were working perfectly except the LoL. You saved me. Thank you brother!
