Question / Help Problem with streaming CS:GO

Hello, I am kinda new to this streaming. I was watching some CS streamers and wanted to try it out myself. So, when I made my settings / stuff, and clicked "Preview Stream" it was all black(?). What have I done wrong?

I am running in 4:3, 1280*960 Fullscreen ingame. I am using Game Capture on OBS. I have updated my Obs to latest version and running it as a adminstrator, I am using 1980x1080 as windows resolution.

Hope I gave enough information, let me know if there is something missing.

E; I asked one streamer how is he streaming in same resolution (4:3, 1280*960), but he said google it up that's what he did, I tried that but nothing..

If you're trying to capture a game in fullscreen, OBS won't pick it up while you are tabbed out of the game, I don't think.Try a windowed mode, like borderless fullscreen.
