Question / Help Problem with stream

Cpu : i7 3770 3.4ghz turbo 3.9ghz
Ram : 8gb
Internet : 25mb/ps download , upload 20-30mbps
GPU : gtx 660 Superclocked 2gb 192bit

The problem i have is that My stream lags when i start to Stream my Pc is not that good to stream or what is the problem
i have tried different Buffers and don't know which one to choose

And Stream Does not have Good quality

also I dont know which Server to put none of them are close to Georgia :)

That doesn't look like the whole log...make sure you close OBS before grabbing the log, and then post the full log.

The log looked pretty good until the end where you started dropping frames. I'm guessing you started getting a bad server, so make sure you select a good server instead of using the default Global load balancer. You were complaining about quality...can you post a VOD where low quality was being displayed? You were able to stream at 3200 bit rate at 1920x1080, which should be pretty good for most purposes.

It depends on the game, but you really don't want to go much higher than 3500 bitrate, generally.
