Question / Help Problem with stream when I alt+tab

Guys I stream League of legends and whenever I alt+tab when I am in game my stream always freezes I dont know why I would apreciate some help..
Also I cant stream World of Warcraft properly I do the set up just like I do in league of legends and whenever I go into the game I get a blackscreen on the stream..? :(
 
Oh thanks... but what about world of warcraft every time I play I do all the setup on obs normally as I do for every game and when I go into the game there is only a black screen on my stream.. :(
