Just give me answer: In which folder need be this dll for obs?

Those are system DLLs, they should not be installed manually as you risk mixing 32 bit and 64 bit DLLs. Try to figure out why the installer isn't working, perhaps you need the Windows 7 update? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3118401/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows
i know,but early i had this proble.And when i pick this dll to folder with obs - that fix
Updates doesnt fix this problem
i just need know in which folder need be this dll

If you really want to try it (not recommended), the 32 bit DLLs should go in C:\Program Files (x86)\obs-studio\bin\32bit

in which folder of obs
i know this C:\Program Files (x86)\obs-studio\bin\32bit ,but it doesnt need

That's where the DLLs should go, if it didn't work then it's the wrong DLLs or some other issue with your Windows 7 that's preventing the DLLs being installed normally.
