I'm pretty new at this, so please bear with me. We first introduced OBS to our church's live streaming as a way to add graphic elements to our services. I run it on a Windows 10 laptop with 2 cameras, we have a few live musicians, and the sound is from a sound board (sorry, I am not the sound guy!), to the camera which is how the sound comes through OBS. We are streaming from there to Facebook. Several viewers have complained about the sound, which we can't figure out because most others say it sounds great. We have watched with older phones (iPhone 7 and earlier, and older Androids), and with NO earbuds, it sounds very distorted. With headphones or earbuds on, it sounds fine. Is there anything we can try on our end? Thanks in advance.
